Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Syracuse is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I went there with a group after a conference. We had a private room in the back that had a hidden door. The group paid for our food and beverages, which included a variety of brick oven pizzas and an assortment of delicious pastries for dessert. The espresso martini I had was perfect. The restaurant attracted a youngish singles crowd and there were games that could be played outdoors.

Harvey's Garden was a great time! Toss & Fire Pizza is there and there are a variety of drinks alcohol and non. Plenty of space and their upstairs common room is great for parties. I would definitely book this place again for any future gatherings!

The place was busy when we came. Not our first visit by the way, ordered a pizza and a soft pretzel as an appetizer. The girl taking our order said we would get the pretzel early because it only takes 8 minutes. After 20 my girlfriend inquired and the other girl at the counter told us we couldn't have it and we would get it with our pizza. While we understand mistakes happen , this isn't how it should have been handled. Maybe a training opportunity. If we could not have had the pretzel ahead of time, we would not have ordered it. We enjoy coming here and have been here a half a dozen times in the past few months. However, we usually do not show up on Friday nights. Mistakes happen and we certainly understand. From the second floor it's difficult to hear the music downstairs. Definitely a cool place to hang out, though.

My Husband and I REALLY ENJOYED this Place! We were Invited to a YELP Elite Event…Our First! Outside there was a place for a couple of food trucks and some Lights to add a little aesthetic ambiance. We Enjoyed the Inside and how Beautiful and well Kept This Building is! The staff there were very Inviting and helpful! Thank you! My Husband and I Really enjoyed doing the Paint Splatter (hosted by Yelp) Upstairs. WE LOVED the self pour Alcohol wall. Our Party Invitation came with Food Samples and a Pre-Loaded Beer Card! (You can even add funds to it after you run out!) So Smart and Innovative! We thought it was so FUN to use and it tells you everything, down to the penny cost of Alcohol! A great Place to Try different Flavors! The temperature of the Joint was very well Maintained due to having a Bunch of People in there! And the Bathrooms are super Nice and Clean! We were so Honored to be there for the Yelp Event, and whilst there, we learned about so many community events happening in Syracuse that we may go to! Great Community, Great Food, Great People! We can’t wait for our Next Opportunity to keep reviewing amazing businesses like this one! β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” My Recom

We tried Harvey's on a Saturday afternoon after reading about it in the news. The building and atmosphere were inviting and comfortable. As other reviews have said, the "beer wall" was somewhat disappointing. No matter what was tried, almost every customer we saw had a glass filled with foam. Pouring beer is a skill, and the attendant was helpful, but we quickly transitioned to cans. Harvey's offered a GREAT selection of local craft beers in cans. Luckily, these cans saved our visit. The food trucks were awesome, and we spent several hours snacking and enjoying the vibe. Overall, worth a try, especially for sports games, but the "wall" was underwhelming.
